Our dear friend and classmate, Michael “Big Daddy Phat $tacks” Miller, passed away recently at the young age of 31.Michael filled those 31 years with love, laughter, and music. He performed often under his rap persona, Big Daddy Phat $tacks, and brought so much energy and joy to everyone around him.
To honor his memory and show our love and appreciation for him, we are naming our February Burger of the Month:
The Phat $tack
Michael performed on The Kickstand Stage on November 11, 2021. We always talked about having him return, but regrettably, we won’t have that chance. However, we did film that performance, and we will be showing it on the big screen on February 12 at 8 PM so we can enjoy Big Daddy Phat $tacks on The Kickstand Stage one more time.
We will also be donating 10% of sales from open to close and collecting additional donations that day to support his family.
We hope you’ll join us in celebrating Michael’s life, music, and legacy.
