Big Bold Collage Blooms w/Jennifer Penick

In this 1-1/2 hour workshop, we will make big bold colorful collage flowers. Instructor Jennifer Wilkin Penick will walk you through different techniques, giving you inspiration, instruction and tips to make it easy for you to successfully create gorgeous collage flowers.
You will leave the workshop with a series of 5x7” collages. These look great framed or matted, but can also be added to blank greeting cards for one-of-a-kind gifts.
All materials are supplied, including unique painted collage papers. This workshop is good for all levels.

Jennifer studied studio art as an undergraduate student and earned an MA in (Italian) Art History. Her artwork has been exhibited in Rome, Italy; Portland, Oregon; Arlington, Virginia; and Washington, DC. In addition to being a practicing artist, she teaches at the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington and has been a Visual-Artist-in-Residence with MedStar Georgetown University Hospital's Arts & Humanities Program since 2018.
