The Big Bend Octane Fest started with a group of auto enthusiasts that enjoyed cruising the Big Bend Area of West Texas. BBOF '19 started with 40 cars and a goal of promoting gearhead camaraderie while raising funds for the local community. In 2025 we hosted 62 cars at the event and raised over $20,000 for donation. Come enjoy the scenic routes that make Alpine, Terlingua, Big Bend and Ft. Davis something to talk about.Big Bend Octane Fest Agenda (Subject to Change)
FRI 9 OCTOBER
*1pm - Registration, pick up swag bag
*5pm - Meet & Greet Party @ Stable / Determine cruise groups for Sat / Finger foods, snacks, donations appreciated
SAT 10 OCTOBER
*8am - Car Show @ Stable / Breakfast for purchase
*10am - Poker Run / Scavenger Hunt Kick Off @ Stable
*11am - Calendar Pics by appt
*Lunch on your own
*11am - Cruising BB area with cruise groups
*Dinner on your own
SUN 11 OCTOBER
*Breakfast on your own
*Poker Run / Scavenger Hunt / Cruising
*Lunch on your own
*4pm - Group Photo @ TBD
*530pm - Turn in Poker hand / Dinner provided / Live & Silent Auctions / Car Show awards @ Stable

Driver Registration: $200 early bird, $250 regular
- Covered: Sun dinner, Vehicle Decals, Event shirt, Car Show, and other Admin Costs (venues, insurance, etc.)
- Not Covered: Hotel costs, fuel costs, any citations
Passenger/Navigator Registration: $100 early bird, $150 regular
- Covers: Sun dinner, Event shirt, and other Admin Costs
- Not Covered: Nausea or headache meds, attorney fees, or life insurance premiums
