All happening in an exclusive, underground bar and event space found deep inside the former vaults of 100 King Street. From delicious food to live entertainment, we look forward to making your night in the trendy GILT Club one to remember!

The Not Quite Big Band – or more fondly known as The NQBB – is a new-wave Big Band, compiled of Manchester’s most exciting professional musicians from a diversity of musical backgrounds. Since its inception, The NQBB has quickly risen to cult stardom, having performed sell-out shows in some of Manchester’s most vibrant and in-demand venues.

Watching the country’s most talented musicians seamlessly transition between playing Big Band classics like Feeling Good to some of this century’s biggest hits is truly a spectacle like no other. And as The NQBB thrives off pushing the status quo and exploring genre boundaries, it has redefined what is expected of traditional Big Bands which were first seen in the jazz halls of the United States in the mid-twentieth century.
