Join us on Sunday, February 2nd at 2pm for Bierstacheln, the centuries-old German tradition involving heating a hot metal poker over fire and inserting it into a glass of beer.The hot poker rapidly caramelizes residual malt sugars in the beer and creates a creamy foam while slightly reducing the carbonation and warming the beer. Come and see it for yourself! We'll have our Doppelbock & Scotch Ale available to be spiked.
