Biergarten Bites: An Evening in Southern Germany

For ages 21 & up

Willkommen to our Bavarian-themed biergarten, where the bier is cold and the wursts are piping hot. In this hands-on class, you’ll work with a small team and learn the best ways to cook our in-house made sausages and pair them with beer cheese and sauerkraut. One of our expert sausage meisters will be on hand to share extra tips and tricks so you can serve the best sausages at your haus. At the end of class, you’ll sit down to a biergarten-inspired meal along with beer pairings and a Swabian-inspired bread pudding for dessert.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
