Stieglgut-Wildshut brewery is a "slow-brewing" facility outside Salzburg, Austria. The brewery's beers are crafted from all organic estate ingredients "from soil to glass."

"The focus is on a mindful approach that harmonizes body, mind, and soul. It's about sustainable, new ways of doing business and treating life, people, animals, plants, and resources with respect.

We want to show how enriching it is to appreciate and enjoy simplicity. Forward-looking activities and projects in agriculture and animal husbandry form the basis for the finest beverages and food – “means of life” – in organic quality. At Gut Wildshut, we handle every step of the brewing process ourselves: we cultivate the soil, grow ancient grains, use our own water source, malt and roast the grain ourselves, and brew Wildshut beer.
