Bicycle Commuting 101

Are you interested in replacing more car trips with bicycle rides? Does not sitting in traffic every morning appeal to you? Do you want to make fitness part of your daily routine? As gas prices rise and traffic congestion gets worse commuting by bicycle is becoming a better and better option. In this clinic we will go over all of the basics of getting around town on your bicycle. We will talk about things like route choices, how to dress for weather, how to carry things on your bicycle and how to plan for minor mechanical issues. We will plan on some light demonstration and round table discussion for about 90 minutes here at the shop.
