Children, Youth & Adults!
-Parent/guardian must be present with ID
-Two bicycles per household
-1 bike offered per person, every three years
-Bikes are refurbished
-Due to local need, free bicycles are for SAGINAW RESIDENTS ONLY (Must be reflected on ID as listed - "Saginaw, MI")
-As supplies last
-Children must be present for bicycle fitting
