Biang Biang Noodles Cooking Class with Sissi from @eatinginberlin

Learn how to make the iconic chewy Biang Biang Noodles from scratch! I'm going to teach you the most important steps and we will make the noodles together in a small group.

There's also going to be a lot of tips and tricks about the dough and some Chinese cooking hacks, what else you can do with simply three ingredients. I'm also going to show you how to master the hot oil pouring and which ingredients you need for a classic Biang Biang Noodle sauce. Afterwards we will enjoy a noodle feast together with some smashing refreshing Chinese cucumber salad. This cooking class is vegan/vegetarian friendly, there will be no meat.

I'm super excited and looking forward to meet you! You don't have to bring any equipment, everything will be prepared at the location. You'll also get the recipe afterwards, so no worries about recreating it at home. I hope we'll have a great evening together, drinks and snacks are also covered.
