Registration is open for the 2026 AMSCA Bi-Annual meeting.

Registration and payment happen in one place. Choose your days, pay by card, and your confirmation ID arrives by email. Bring that ID to check-in and pick up your badge.
Fees:
Both days (Saturday/Sunday), $75
Single day, $40
WO1, CW2, O-1 and O-2 attend Saturday at no charge, which brings both days to $40.
Current members at CW3 and above or O-3 and above also attend Saturday at no charge, which brings both days to $40.
The Luau celebration on 17 OCT, $65 per person, ticketed separately
Hotel: a block is held at the Marriott San Antonio Airport, which is also the meeting venue, at the association group rate. The block closes 30 September.
Call or register for the hotel using the link. Call (210) 600-0777 and ask for the Army Medical Service Corps Association block. Rooms are booked directly with the hotel and are separate from your registration.
Refunds: full refund on request through 1 October, and registrations transfer to another attendee at any time.
