BHSc Enchanted: Inquiry into the Forest

Join us on Saturday, January 21st at Carmen's Banquet Hall from 7pm - 1am for an enchanting night of fairytale fun ??✨? There’s a limited number of tickets so be sure to get yours ASAP (first come, first serve)! Those who purchase Early Bird tickets (Dec 16th-26th) will have exclusive early access to our seating chart and bus sign up and will be entered into a raffle to win a free ticket!!!??

EARLY BIRD ticket sales will be open on Eventbrite on Friday, December 16th @ 9am EST, and will end on Monday, December 26th @ 11:59pm EST or until tickets are sold out! GENERAL ADMISSION ticket sales will extend from December 27th to January 4th. In addition, please read the important information attached below as it contains info related to the guest policy, table sign-up and transportation!

❗IMPORTANT INFORMATION ❗

• All ages are welcome at this event
• Waivers are MANDATORY and those who do not have signed waivers will not be allowed in the venue!
• Transportation to and from the venue is provided
• There is a table sign-up sheet that will allow you to include any dietary restrictions

❗ WAIVERS ❗

All 3 waivers must be signed and sent to [email protected] BEFORE you purchase tickets. Please include YOUR NAME in the SUBJECT of the email. Guests must also fill out waivers. In addition, even if you are not drinking alcohol, you still have to fill out the waiver!

❗ TRANSPORTATION & TABLE SIGN-UP❗

Early Bird ticket holders gain access to the the seating plan and bus sign up immediately (this will be sent to your email through Eventbrite upon purchase of your ticket)! General Admission ticket holders will gain access to the seating plan and bus sign up at a later date.

❗ INFO FOR THE DAY OF❗

• Bring your government photo ID that will be checked by security on the day of. Only those who are 19+ will be given wristbands to purchase alcohol if desired.
• Bring $3 CASH for coatcheck - 50% of proceeds from coat check will be donated to a local charity?

Currently, we do not offer refunds; however, we have created a ticket trading sheet for third-party exchanges!
