The BHawards has been active since 2017. Our awards shows have attracted & honored the likes of James Prince Sr, H-Town (R&B Group), Z-Ro, Lil Flip, Relief Gang and more. In 2023 we received a congressional honor from the late Sheila Jackson Lee for our curation of Houston Hip Hop 50 where we commemorated and brought together Black & Hispanic, New Houston & Old Houston and everything in between. Although Broadcast Houston is widely known in the music industry; The BHawards is more than just a hip hop awards platform. This year we have 35 categories in industries such as Film, Media, Business, Entertainment, Visual Arts, Literary Arts and of course Music.
