Join us for Yoga at Assembly on Tuesdays in May for a gentle, beginner-friendly flow with beautiful views of downtown Norfolk. Led by one of Bhav Brigade’s newest teachers, Dr. Sheetal Ajmani. As always, class is donation-based with 25% of donations going to a local charity ? Bring your mat, dress comfy, and just show up!This month’s Tuesday classes will support “Freekind,” a Hampton-Roads based nonprofit organization that exists to prevent human trafficking in our communities and support survivors on their journey to freedom.
