Bhangra & Beats returns to Yerba Buena Gardens for a special Diwali edition. Join us for an unforgettable evening as Yerba Buena Gardens, Jessie Square, and Yerba Buena Lane glow with the vibrant sights, sounds, flavors, and spirit of South Asian culture as we celebrate Diwali, the Festival of Lights.

At the heart of it all is the joyful Bhangra & Beats experience—a family-friendly celebration where traditional Punjabi rhythms meet Bay Area energy. Non Stop Bhangra will once again lead the festivities with its signature mix of interactive dance lessons, vibrant performances, live dhol drumming, DJs, and an open dance floor, alongside a lively night market featuring local food vendors, artisans, community activations, family-friendly activities, and special offerings from neighborhood restaurants and bars.

Diwali celebrates light over darkness, hope, renewal, and the triumph of good over evil. Whether you're celebrating with family and friends or experiencing the Festival of Lights for the first time, everyone is welcome to come dance, connect, and celebrate together in the heart of San Francisco.

Presented by Into The Streets and Non Stop Bhangra, in partnership with Yerba Buena Partnership, the Mayor's Office of Daniel Lurie, the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development, and Yerba Buena Gardens Festival, with support from The Svane Family Foundation Fund Culture Forward Grant Program.
