Join Alyce & Chelsea as we come together for a post-holiday community gathering for connection through pranayama, mudra, mantra, & meditation.Bhakti yoga is the practice of devotion - most commonly through chanting together. We will provide printed sheets with lyrics and go over translation & pronunciation.
Chelsea will be making an Ayurvedic tea and Tridoshic Winter kitchari (rice & lentil dish) to share.
