Bhakti Sacral Chakra Yoga with Crystals at Esther & Mila

Join us at Esther & Mila for the second session in our ongoing series of Chakra Yoga with Crystals, utilizing Bhakti yoga – the session will last 45 minutes, and will focus on the sacral chakra, which promotes personal creativity, and mind-body harmony. Bhakti yoga is based on love, and lends itself perfectly to enhancement with crystals and sound frequency. This free yoga session will be led by Lauren, and will take place in our amplified crystal room, which is illuminated by natural sunlight, and surrounded by living foliage.

The session will also feature specific frequencies and crystals to accomplish balance and energy in the sacral chakra, and will be concluded with complimentary herbal tea. This ongoing event will focus on a different chakra and crystal each time, and you will learn postures and practices you can incorporate into your daily life to help keep your energy balanced and aligned.

Esther & Mila’s Chakra Yoga with Crystals series takes place on the first and third Saturday of every month, and will focus on a different chakra each session.
