About this Event
Join us for a powerful day of unity and action at Harry G. Daniel Park at Ironbridge on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 10:30 AM.
We’re coming together to raise awareness, honor survivors, and stand firmly against domestic violence in our community. This is more than a walk , it’s a movement of hope, healing, and empowerment.
Bring your friends, your family, and your voice.
Wear your most comfortable shoes and be ready to walk, laugh, chat, share stories, and more , all while standing in solidarity for a greater cause.
Let the healing begin.. or continue on.. as we walk forward together.
Together, we can build a stronger, more supportive community, one step at a time.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Please keep in mind that there will be no refunds for this event. If you cannot make it to the event, we understand , howvever this will serve as a donation to the cause.
Agenda
🕑: 10:30 AM - 11:15 AM
Sister Circle/ Therapist Talk
Info: We’ll begin our walk day by gathering in a Sister Circle, creating a safe, sacred space for connection, vulnerability, and healing.
This is a moment for us to pause, breathe, and if comfortable, share our stories.
What’s your story?
How can the sisterhood support you?
Whether you choose to speak or simply listen, your presence is powerful. This time is for reflection, support, and solidarity, because we all deserve to be seen, heard, and healed together.
🕑: 11:15 AM - 12:00 PM
Walking Time!
Info: Now it’s time to move with purpose.
We’ll walk together in unity, encouraging one another, exchanging smiles and stories, and letting the music lift our spirits as we go.
Whether you're walking to honor your own journey or to support someone you love, every step taken is a step toward healing and change.
Let’s walk, talk, and uplift one another, because healing happens in motion, and no one walks alone.
🕑: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM
Reflection
Info: As we wrap up this powerful day, we’ll gather once more for closing reflections and shared stories from those who feel led to speak.
This is a space to celebrate our strength, honor our healing, and hold space for those still on their journey. Whether you've walked as a survivor, a supporter, or in remembrance — your presence has mattered.
Before you leave, don’t forget to grab your goodie bag filled with love, resources, and tokens of empowerment.
Thank you for walking with us. Together, we are breaking cycles and building sisterhood.
