BGL Second Saturday June 13, 2026

Our next Second Saturday will be at Walt’s Other Pub on June 13. Unless Walt’s tells us we’re upstairs or elsewhere, we’ll assume that we’re in the back room. That means seating will be limited to 25 guests. (5 tables, 5 players per table) The best way to reserve your seat is to let us know you're attending. You can do that here, on Discord, or in person if you see us at another game day. Please respond before 2:00pm on June 12, so we can get a count and see if we can accommodate more guests. If more room opens up, we’ll open up the seating for more guests.

As a reminder, Walt’s opens 11:00am and we need all gaming finished and tables cleared by 5:00pm.

Second Saturday seating policy for Walt's Other Pub:
1. Available seating is dependent on where Walt's can fit us. There will usually be room for at least 24-28 people (maybe more depending on where we’re seated). The sooner we can get a head count, the better.
2. Seats will be prioritized for those that respond "Going" to the event, those not on Facebook that have confirmed they will attend, and guests that we have been made aware of. This will be based on order of response.
3. If you are coming and plan to bring guests, contact us to tell us how many will be joining you, along with their names. Only include guests that you have confirmed will attend.
4. Please respond no later than 2:00 pm on day before the event. If the guest list is greater than 24, seating will be prioritized for those that responded as "Going."
5. If you say you will attend but cannot, please let us know by 2:00 pm of the day before the event (or as soon as possible. We understand emergencies happen). If you do not, you may not be guaranteed a seat at future events.
6. If you are on the guest list, please arrive by 12:00. or contact us if you’re running late so we can hold your seat.
