BFTLDN X Black Girl Neo Soul Floristry Workshop
About this Event
This beginner-friendly session is designed for Black women who want to slow down, try something new, and spend a little time creating with flowers in a relaxed, welcoming space.
Unlike traditional flower arranging, ikebana focuses on simplicity, shape, balance, space and intention. During the workshop, you’ll be guided through creating your own floral arrangement using seasonal flowers and foliage, with space to explore your own style rather than worrying about perfection.
This is less about making a huge bouquet and more about noticing beauty, playing with form, and creating something thoughtful that you can take home with you.

- Guidance on shape, balance, negative space and composition
