About this Event

What happens when you combine a SkiErg, a RowErg, and a 5K run?

You get the first-ever BFT TRI.

On Labor Day morning, athletes will tackle:

• 2,000m SkiErg
• 2,000m RowErg
• 5K Run

It's not your typical triathlon, and that's exactly why it's exciting!

Whether you're chasing a fast time, competing against friends, or simply seeing if you can finish, the BFT TRI is designed to push you, encourage you, and leave you with a huge sense of accomplishment when you cross the finish line.

Wave Starts

Athletes will start in waves of three participants beginning at 7:00 AM. With three SkiErgs and three RowErgs available, this format keeps the event moving smoothly and gives everyone their own race experience.

Your official start time will be emailed approximately one week before race day.

T-Shirt Deadline

Register by August 19 to guarantee your event t-shirt.
