This year marks the 7th annual BFAN Women in Leadership Summit and the 8th anniversary of the network a milestone rich in symbolism. The number seven is often associated with perfection, completion, healing, and the fulfillment of promises while the number 8 signifies new beginings

Our theme of R.E.S.T. is not just a call to pause but an invitation to recharge our spirits, elevate our goals, strategize for the future, and thrive in all that we do. It’s a reminder that rest is not a retreat but a powerful tool for reflection and renewal, enabling us to tackle the challenges ahead with renewed vigor and purpose.
