You are invited to our annual Labor Day Picnic to be held on Sunday, August 31, 2025 at 12-4PM, Shillito Park; 300 W Reynolds Rd Shelter #2, Lexington, KY 40503.
Below are the suggested food assignments by first letter of your last name for the POTLUCK. You can comment on the dish you wish to bring. Bottled water and sodas will be provided. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed in the park.
A-D= Desserts and/or Pot of Rice
E-K= Noodles and/or Pasta
L-Q= Vegetables and/or salad
R-Z= Meat and/or Seafoods
Also, remember to pay your annual membership dues, (if you haven’t paid yet) which is $40 per family and $30 for single; $10 per person for attending nonmembers. We encourage everyone to become a member and support our organization. There will be dances and games with fabulous prizes. Be ready to have fun!
For those who want to volunteer to perform, please let any of the officers and members of the board know.
We are also going to need help in setting up the shelter earlier that Sunday morning. Please contact Jennifer and David Motsinger of Seoul Asian Market, if you are available to help.
If you are a vendor and want to sell or showcase your products, please let any of the officers know. There is a $30 vendor fee.

You can always pay at the registration table during the picnic. Donations are always welcome, which are tax deductible as BFAAI is a nonprofit organization.
