About this Event
This session will take the form of a live Q&A and panel discussion, offering guests the opportunity to hear directly from the women shaping these categories. Rather than surface-level insights, the conversation will explore the realities of scaling product-based businesses, navigating retail and e-commerce, building loyal communities, and sustaining growth in competitive markets.
About Arshia Bhatnagar, Co-Founder of Bhangra Blends
Arshia Bhatnagar is the Co-Founder of Bhangra Blends, the UK’s first South Asian–inspired cocktail and mocktail brand. After spending three years working at Microsoft, Arshia made the decision to leave the corporate world to pursue entrepreneurship and build a brand rooted in culture, flavour and representation.
Despite having no prior experience in the drinks industry, Arshia and her co-founder launched Bhangra Blends in 2025 with the mission of bringing bold South Asian flavours into the modern ready-to-drink market. Since launch, the brand has produced its first 48,000 cans across four SKUs, secured 80+ stockists across the UK in both retail and hospitality, and raised £167,000 in pre-seed investment under the SEIS scheme.
Arshia leads sales, marketing and brand strategy for Bhangra Blends, focusing on building a culturally inspired brand that resonates with a global audience. Passionate about representation in entrepreneurship, she frequently shares the realities of building a startup from scratch and advocates for greater access and visibility for female founders.
