HOUSEWORK Sculpt
You've never sculpted like this before! This is a 45-minute low impact workout focused on burning out each muscle group through beat based choreography all set to a playlist that makes you feel like you're moving through a DJ set. This class is designed to feel seamless, intuitive and easy to follow while still delivering our signature HOUSEWORK choreo and burn! Make sure to wear sneakers.
Instructor: Tish S
