Beyond Words - The Art of Connection

My name is Rita and I am in Berlin for a few days and I really want to share with you some new workshop material! I am passionate about embodiment, improvisation arts, spirituality, communication, human connection, playfulness,….. the list goes on…

In this workshop we will explore non-verbal connection and expression - with yourself, a partner and a group. We will move, play games, witness,… And you need no prior experience, as the invitation is actually to get out of performing and step into curiosity, playfulness and authenticity. This space is inviting you to:

~ explore how your body can communicate in a non intellectual or conceptual way

~ explore how to grow connection beyond words to a partner and to a group

~ gently allow yourself to be seen by others and free in your self-expression

~ open up for authentic, playful and non-performative ways of expressing yourself

There will be time for connecting and integrating. Bring comfy clothes and water. It will be held in the creative room of the Functional Flat - Fuwo - where I am staying and there is a limit for 10 people.
