This group series is designed specifically for those who identify as women. It integrates expressive art therapies and somatic practices to support and heal the mind, body, and spirit from the impacts of trauma, grief, and loss. By expressing our thoughts through more than words, we allow our minds and our hearts the space we need to heal.
This restorative group gently blends expressive art therapy practices, guided visualization, and somatic exercises. Each session is intentionally tailored to promote healing and relaxation of the mind and spirit through intuitive art practices like weaving, art journaling, and painting. Supportive prompts and gentle guidance will be offered for inspiration; no previous art experience is necessary.
