Beyond Support Network is excited to announce that the Beyond Wellness Fair, a dynamic event aimed at promoting health and wellness within the community, is returning on Thursday, October 3, 2024. The event will be hosted on the ground floor of the Tri-Main Center, 2495 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14214 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The fair is free and open to individuals and families to explore the many facets of wellness. With over 35 vendors offering products and services, as well as a variety of FREE breakout sessions, participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in health, education, mindfulness, fitness and more.
Breakout sessions include:
- Mindfulness Movement
- Friends & Family CPR
- Narcan Training
- Prepared & Protected: Emergency Preparedness Workshop
- Nourish & Flourish: A Culinary Experience
In addition to hands-on activities and engaging presentations, participants can support the community by donating pet supplies, baby items and non-perishable goods. Those who donate will be entered for a chance to win exciting prizes, donated by vendors and throughout the day.
