About this Event
Tired of being told to "just use a planner"?
This isn't that kind of event.
The Executive Function Society is back with an evening designed for adults who've navigated the professional world with an ADHD brain, whether you've known for years or just figured it out last Tuesday.
What to expect:
We're ditching the generic advice and getting real. Our expert speaker, Tiffany Ross-Fletcher (provisional psychologist), will walk through the multiple paths to adult ADHD diagnosis in Alberta, followed by a candid panel conversation with Mike Delamont and Cat Seier, who bring two very different lived experiences to the table, including what it looks like to be diagnosed early versus later in life, how gender shapes the ADHD journey, and the hidden cost of professional masking.
The goal? To talk about the shift from constantly compensating to actually finding the systems and supports that create real mental quiet.
The night's flow:
- Open Networking & Check-in (30 min) — Arrive when you can, grab a seat, start connecting
- Welcome & House Rules — Your MC kicks things off
- Expert Talk + Panel Discussion — Tiffany leads, Mike and Cat join the conversation
- Q&A — Bring your questions
- Open Networking — Keep the conversation going
This is a room full of people who get it. Come as you are.
Who this is for: Adults with ADHD (diagnosed or exploring), professionals navigating executive dysfunction, and anyone who's ever wondered why the "normal" systems just don't seem to work for them.
