In this class, we'll explore simple and effective techniques for connecting with loved ones in spirit, including pets. Seth will share methods from his own experience that have helped many people feel closer to those who have passed.
This class will center around a gentle guided meditation designed to help you tune in and build a connection that you can return to on your own over time. The goal is for you to have learned basic ways of recognizing signs, impressions, and subtle communication from loved ones with the goal of providing comfort, validation, and continued connection.
