Asthma + Lung UK wants to hear from smokers, ex-smokers, and professionals involved in smoking cessation. Whether you’ve successfully quit with support or struggled to stop smoking, this workshop is your chance to share what worked, what didn’t, and any advice you’d give to others trying to quit.

If you’re a professional working in smoking cessation or healthcare, you’re also invited to discuss the challenges and opportunities to reduce smoking rates beyond the Tobacco + Vapes Act 2026 and the generational ban.
