BEYOND THE STEP - LADIES KIZ EXPERIENCE 🖤
YOUR STYLE ISN’T TAUGHT. IT’S DISCOVERED.
You’ve learned the steps.
But what happens when you start exploring what actually feels like you?
BEYOND THE STEP is a 3-hour Ladies Kiz Experience where technique meets styling, musicality and personal expression.
You’ll learn and refine Kiz technique and styling, while also having space to experiment with how you want to use what you learn.
This isn’t about simply learning a movement, copying it, and moving on.
It’s about understanding the technique behind the movement, exploring different possibilities, and discovering how you can make it your own.
✦ EMBODY
Connect technique, body and intention, and become more aware of how you move.
✦ EXPLORE
Learn styling concepts and experiment with texture, musicality, levels, direction and dynamics.
✦ CONNECT
Work together, exchange ideas and explore movement through interactive exercises and challenges.
✦ REFLECT
Take a moment to come back to where you started, notice what you experienced, and reflect on what feels different in your movement.
You’ll leave with more than just new movements.
You’ll have explored different ways of using them - and hopefully discovered a little more of what makes your movement yours.
A 3H LADY KIZ EXPERIENCE
All levels welcome.
