About this Event
Men’s Mental Health Awareness Event
In a world where men are often taught to suppress emotions, carry pressure silently, and “stay strong” no matter what, many are struggling without a safe place to be heard.
This Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, we invite you to join us for an impactful evening dedicated to honest conversation, healing, emotional wellness, and community support for men.
Beyond the Silence was created to open the door for meaningful dialogue surrounding the mental, emotional, and personal challenges men face every day. From the pressures of leadership, fatherhood, relationships, finances, identity, and expectations, many men are carrying more than people realize.
Too often, society focuses on teaching men how to communicate while rarely taking the time to truly listen to what men are experiencing.
“We can only learn how to speak to men if we listen to men.”
This event is designed to create a safe and respectful environment where conversations can happen openly, honestly, and without judgment. Whether you are a man seeking encouragement, a mother of a son, a partner wanting deeper understanding, a mentor, commnunity leader, sister or someone passionate about mental health awareness, this evening is for you.
Guests can expect:
- Honest and empowering conversations
- Insight on men’s emotional and mental wellness
- Community connection and support
- Open dialogue surrounding healing and communication
- Encouragement, reflection, and practical conversation
We are honored to feature guest speakers:
Duwayne Evans & Jameelah Evans
