As someone who has always loved the traditions of Jewish food, Michael Crane loves crafting bagels in the most authentic way possible. Plain or sesame seed bagels, boiled to perfection, topped with lox and cream cheese—that is the heart of a true New York bagel. I have often said, “No raisins, no cinnamon, no egg bagels—just the classics done right”.

But for this class, Michael is taking a bold step to make this event as fun, creative, and exciting as possible. While honoring tradition, we will also explore inventive and playful combinations that will delight you.
