About Vicki Aubin

Vicki Aubin is a Competitive Advantage Coach and Personal Branding Strategist, dedicated to helping ambitious, purpose-driven professionals to navigate career change and do the work they were meant to do. Having spent 12+ years supporting over 1,000 individuals from all walks of life and career backgrounds to launch, grow, or change careers, 10 years in HR and recruiting at Fortune 500 companies (Goldman Sachs, Deloitte and Morgan Stanley), and hands-on know-how as a career changer herself, Vicki has three-decades worth of personal experience and perspective on the dynamic shifts in global recruiting and employment.

Having watched the job market evolve as she has, Vicki has transformed her firsthand experience into a ’secret weapon’ for her clients, equipping them with the self-awareness and communication skills needed to confidently and authentically convey their most marketable strengths, and the tactical savvy to not just successfully navigate, but stand out powerfully in today’s tech-driven, competitive job market, and become an employer’s clear choice.

Currently Vicki serves as a Career Coach at Mandarin Consulting International (where she helps international college students to develop the critical job search skills and cultural knowledge to support their global career success) and a Senior Career Consultant at Careerminds (where she delivers career transition coaching to diverse workforce populations impacted by job loss). Prior to this, Vicki led Data Science Career Coaching at The Flatiron School (a top rated tech training bootcamp) and served as an Interview Coach at NYU Stern and Rutgers Business Schools. Vicki spent her early career in New York City in the music industry and performing arts. Vicki graduated from the University of Hartford with a degree in Communications and is Certified as an Applied Positive Psychology Coach (APPC).

When she’s not working, you can find Vicki hiking, watching vintage films, crafting, discovering new KPop music / choreography, or enjoying a cup of freshly steeped tea.
