Description: Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the practice of law, but many lawyers are still using it primarily for drafting documents, summarizing information, and answering questions. Todd Smith will discuss practical steps for creating an AI use policy, including ethics, confidentiality, supervision, and common-sense guardrails for attorneys and staff.
