Dr. Cheryl ‘Action’ Jackson is a transformational leader, visionary, strategist, and trusted advisor to executives, corporations, and organizations seeking to elevate performance and inspire meaningful change. As the founder of Minnie’s Food Pantry and Level Up Leadership, she has scaled grassroots initiatives into nationally recognized movements, serving over 31 million meals across 12 locations.

- Olayide Adejumobi, MHA - Project Manager, PCCI
Olayide Adejumobi is a Registered Dietitian and public health project manager with a passion for improving health beyond the walls of the clinic. She began her career working directly with patients, where she saw firsthand how things like food access, transportation, housing, and other everyday challenges can shape a person’s health. Today, she works in public health project management, bringing together data, community needs, partnerships, and storytelling to help make health information easier to understand and act on. Her perspective is grounded in both clinical nutrition and population health, with a strong focus on social determinants of health and practical, community-centered solutions.
