1. Postanowienia ogólne:
1.1. Niniejszy regulamin ("Regulamin") określa zasady uczestnictwa w wydarzeniu „BEYOND THE MOVEMENT with Vladimir Gerónimo”. Organizatorkami wydarzenia są Adrianna Matuszak i Vladimir Gerónimo.
1.2. Uczestnictwo w wydarzeniu jest dobrowolne i wymaga akceptacji niniejszego Regulaminu.
2. Zasady uczestnictwa:
2.1. W wydarzeniu może uczestniczyć osoba pełnoletnia oraz osoba niepełnoletnia, posiadająca pisemną zgodę opiekuna, pod jego opieką i na odpowiedzialność opiekuna prawnego. Zarówno niepełnoletni uczestnik jak i opiekun, muszą wykupić bilet wstępu na event.
2.2. Termin wydarzenia: 17 października 2026 r. w Poznaniu w ODK "Wiktoria" na os. Zwycięstwa 125, w godzinach 12:00 - 16:00.
2.3. Ilość miejsc jest ograniczona. Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do ograniczenia liczby uczestników oraz do zmiany harmonogramu, programu i miejsca wydarzenia.
3. Koszty uczestnictwa:
3.1. Udział w wydarzeniu jest odpłatny.
3.2. Rejestracja na wydarzenie odbywa się poprzez wskazany formularz Google.
3.3. W przypadku, gdy uczestnik nie może wziąć udziału w wydarzeniu, opłata za uczestnictwo nie podlega zwrotowi, ale organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do przekazania biletu wstępu wybranej osobie pod warunkiem, że informacja o zmianie danych osobowych zostanie najpierw przekazana Organizatorom. Przekazanie biletu innemu uczestnikowi jest możliwe maksymalnie do czwartku, tj. dnia 15.10.2026 r. do godziny 23:59.
4. Obowiązki uczestników:
4.1. Uczestnik zobowiązany jest do przestrzegania niniejszego Regulaminu oraz wszelkich zasad i wytycznych ustalonych przez Organizatorów.
4.2. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za przedmioty pozostające własnością uczestnika.
4.3. Uczestnik ponosi odpowiedzialność za wszelkie szkody wyrządzone na rzecz Organizatora lub innych uczestników w trakcie wydarzenia. W przypadku uszkodzenia, uczestnik ponosi koszty naprawy/odkupienia zniszczonych przedmiotów.
4.4. Uczestnik zobowiązany jest do użytkowania udostępnianych pomieszczeń oraz sprzętu zgodnie z ich przeznaczeniem oraz do zachowania porządku w trakcie wydarzenia.
4.5. Uczestnik oświadcza, że nie posiada przeciwwskazań zdrowotnych do udziału w wydarzeniu.
4.6. Uczestnik przyjmuje do wiadomości, że udział w wydarzeniu wiąże się z wysiłkiem fizycznym i pociąga za sobą ryzyko wypadku, odniesienia obrażeń ciała i urazów fizycznych. Osoby uczestniczące w wydarzeniu zobowiązane są do dostosowania intensywności i rodzaju ćwiczeń do swojego stanu zdrowia i aktualnej kondycji fizycznej.
4.7. Organizator nie ubezpiecza Uczestników wydarzenia i nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za nieszczęśliwe wypadki podczas uczestnictwa w wydarzeniu. Każdy uczestnik powinien posiadać własne ubezpieczenie NNW.
5. Wykorzystanie wizerunku uczestnika:
5.1. Uczestnik wyraża zgodę na utrwalanie i wykorzystywanie przez Organizatora swojego wizerunku w celach marketingowych związanych z wydarzeniem i działalnością Organizatorów, bez konieczności uzyskania dodatkowej zgody uczestnika oraz bez prawa do wynagrodzenia.
5.2. Wykorzystanie wizerunku obejmuje publikację zdjęć, filmów oraz innych materiałów w mediach społecznościowych oraz w materiałach promocyjnych i informacyjnych wydarzenia.
6. Ochrona danych osobowych.
6.1. Administratorem danych osobowych uczestników jest Organizator.
6.2. Dane osobowe uczestników są przetwarzane zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa, w szczególności z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 (RODO).
7. Postanowienia końcowe
7.1. Uczestnicy mają obowiązek przestrzegania porządku publicznego, poleceń służb porządkowych oraz poszanowania pozostałych uczestników. Organizator ma prawo usunąć z terenu imprezy osoby, które zakłócają porządek publiczny, przebieg imprezy lub zachowują się niezgodnie z Regulaminem.
7.2. W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym Regulaminem, stosuje się przepisy prawa polskiego.
7.3. Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do wprowadzenia zmian w niniejszym Regulaminie. Wszelkie zmiany będą publikowane na stronie wydarzenia (Facebook).

1.1. These regulations ("Regulations") define the rules for participation in the "BEYOND THE MOVEMENT with Vladimir Gerónimo" event. The event organizers are Adrianna Matuszak and Vladimir Gerónimo.
1.2. Participation in the event is voluntary and requires acceptance of these Regulations.
2. Rules of Participation:
2.1. The event may be attended by adults and minors with the written consent of a guardian, under the supervision and responsibility of their legal guardian. Both minor participants and guardians must purchase an admission ticket to the event.
2.2. Event date: October 17, 2026, in Poznań, at the ODK "Wiktoria", os. Zwycięstwa 125, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
2.3. Space is limited. The Organizers reserve the right to limit the number of participants and to change the schedule, program, and location of the event.
3. Participation Fees:
3.1. Participation in the event is subject to a fee.
3.2. Registration for the event takes place via the provided Google form.
3.3. If a participant is unable to attend the event, the participation fee is non-refundable, but the Organizers reserve the right to transfer the ticket to a selected person provided that the Organizers are first notified of any changes to their personal information. Ticket transfers to another participant are possible no later than Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
4. Participant Obligations:
4.1. Participants are obligated to comply with these Rules and Regulations and all rules and guidelines established by the Organizers.
4.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any items remaining the property of the participant.
4.3. The Participant is liable for any damage caused to the Organizer or other participants during the event. In the event of damage, the Participant is responsible for the repair/replacement costs of the damaged items.
4.4. The Participant is obligated to use the provided facilities and equipment in accordance with their intended use and to maintain order during the event.
4.5. The Participant declares that he or she has no health contraindications to participating in the event.
4.6. The Participant acknowledges that participation in the event involves physical exertion and carries the risk of accidents, bodily injury, and physical trauma. Participants are required to adapt the intensity and type of exercise to their health and current physical condition.
4.7. The Organizer does not provide insurance for Participants and is not responsible for any accidents occurring during the event. Each participant must have their own personal accident insurance.
5. Use of the Participant's image:
5.1. Participants consent to the recording and use of their image by the Organizer for marketing purposes related to the event and the Organizer's activities, without the need to obtain additional consent from the participant and without the right to compensation.
5.2. Use of their image includes the publication of photos, videos, and other materials on social media and in promotional and informational materials for the event.
6. Personal Data Protection.
6.1. The Organizer is the controller of participants' personal data.
6.2. Participants' personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
7. Final Provisions
7.1. Participants are required to obey public order, obey the instructions of security personnel, and respect other participants. The Organizer has the right to remove from the event premises any individuals who disrupt public order, the course of the event, or behave in a manner inconsistent with these Rules.
7.2. In matters not regulated by these Rules, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
7.3. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to these regulations. Any changes will be published on the event website (Facebook).

7.2. In matters not regulated by these Rules, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
