Beyond The Known Self
About this Event
A gentle and embodied exploration of our inner landscape through breathwork, meditation, movement, dance and journaling. The journey invites a shift from thinking into sensing, creating space to turn inward and meet what is present with curiosity—sensations in the body, emotions, thoughts, feelings, and the quieter or louder parts within.
Through meditation and reflection, awareness deepens and gradually moves into expression through intuitive and free movement, allowing what has been activated to be felt, expressed, and perhaps released. Periods of stillness offer space for integration, while journaling provides an opportunity to give form, language, and meaning to what has been experienced or felt.
Throughout the workshop, attention is gently brought to what may lie beneath the surface, creating space to reconnect with aspects of ourselves often unnoticed in the pace of daily life. Ultimately, as these inner experiences emerge, they are invited to be witnessed, expressed, and understood, supporting a return to a more grounded, authentic, and connected way of being.
Please bring a journal, or pen and paper, for the reflection and journaling exercises.
Please note that this workshop may not be suitable for those currently experiencing severe mental health challenges.
