After 17 years working across firms like KPMG and boutique consultancies, Mary founded MBR AXIS to give entrepreneurs the tailored advice large firms often overlook. She has worked with clients across industries including retail, hospitality, medical, law, e-commerce, and tech.

Mary also serves as an assessor for Chartered Accountants ANZ and mentors founders through startup incubators and accelerators. She is known for translating complex tax and compliance matters into clear, actionable strategies.
