Black women are often expected to be everything for everyone. Caregivers, leaders, nurturers, professionals, and pillars of strength. But who pours back into the women who carry so much?
Beyond the Hustle: Centering Mental Health in the Lives of Black Women is a healing-centered wellness experience created to do just that. Join us for a meaningful day of restoration, reflection, and connection designed to support the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of Black women in our community.

This event is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember that your wellness is essential. Come as you are. Leave restored. Guests are encouraged to bring a mat, journal, pen, water bottle, and comfortable clothing.
