Beyond the Horizon: A Piano Exhibition
About this Event
This concert will take you on a journey through the calm waters of the Seine, to the turbulent beauty of the Pacific Ocean and beyond. Immerse yourself in the untouched wildernesses of New Zealand, through Fisher’s ‘Sumner Tides’ and Lilburn’s ‘Three Sea Changes’, played for the first time in Montreal. Below the depths of the oceans, we culminate in one of the most virtuosic pieces ever written for the piano — Liszt’s Dante Sonata.
