The Davis Direction Foundation along with The Bottoms Group and Mount Paran Christian School present Beyond the EndZONE 2021.
About this Event

The Davis Direction Foundation and The Bottoms Group are proud to present a Sports Spectacular event of current and former NFL athletes along with a Pledge, Pass, and Punt competition to address the prevention of Substance Use Disorder. All proceeds will support The Zone, Cobb's first and only Recovery Support Organization.

Our Beyond the EndZONE Sports Spectacular event will raise money for programs run at THE ZONE throughout the year including our recently initiated The Zoned 4 Youth in Recovery Program for students who are 12- 18 years old.

The Davis Direction Foundation, Inc. (DDF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit that can be found on www.guidestar.org as a Gold Star organization. Every dollar raised through the non-profit goes back to THE ZONE, a 21,000 square foot Recovery Support Organization, run by Peers in Long Term Recovery from Substance Use Disorder, an evidence-based model of support. The DDF is a long-time member of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce and participates regularly in the community as an organization that supports the community to "Fight Addiction & Fuel Recoveryā€¯.

Your $25 ticket includes admission into the facility, the opportunity to compete, admission into the sports auction, a Pitmaster BBQ dinner beginning at 5 PM, and superstar comeback stories to inspire our youth. Media Tickets will be approved in order of requests received.

The second annual Beyond the EndZONE aims to educate families regarding the prevention of Substance Use Disorder through an interactive and entertaining afternoon Sports Spectacular. NFL Superstar Darren Waller of the Las Vegas Raiders will be in attendance to meet and greet the guests as well as sign autographs. Darren Waller will be sharing his Recovery comeback story.

Former NFL defensive lineman and Super Bowl 36 champion Brandon Mitchell will be sharing his Recovery journey and expertise both on and off the field. After signing a pledge to remain drug free, all competitors will be able to meet and greet with Mitchell as well as receive autographs.

To compete in any of the competitions you must fill out this form: https://forms.gle/aPCos1RQ3zsZ2SEw7

There will be opportunities for all family members to enjoy the day. Concessions will be available. For a separate donation, sports challenges can be made throughout the afternoon as well. Sports challenges include precision passing, field goal kicks, and more! There will also be noncompetitive games and races for children under 5.

No refunds will be given because there is a contingent rainout plan.
