Julia Rodricks is the Program Coordinator at UBalt's Real Estate and Economic Development (REED) program.
She will tell the students more about the Baltimore's Real Estate situation and connect them with resources they need.
This event is a collaboration between E-Club and the Center for Entrepreneurship.
About the Presenter
Julia Rodricks serves as the Real Estate and Economic Development (REED) Program Coordinator at the University of Baltimore’s Merrick School of Business, where she works to connect students with the people, projects, and opportunities shaping the real estate and economic development industry. In her role, she focuses on strengthening industry partnerships, creating meaningful experiential learning opportunities, and helping students explore pathways into careers across the field.A Baltimore native through and through, Julia brings a deep connection to the city and a professional background that spans psychology, architecture, community planning, and real estate development. Her work has consistently centered around people and place, with a particular interest in how thoughtful development can support stronger, more inclusive, and more equitable communities.Julia is passionate about Baltimore’s neighborhoods and the people working to shape their future. Outside of her work at UBalt, she can often be found exploring the city, keeping up with local development projects, or at the rink. A lifelong hockey player, she now coaches and helps lead a youth girls hockey program in the Baltimore area.
