Your agenda for the day:

9AM - Arrival, Registration, Networking, Lite Breakfast finger foods

10AM - Sensitivity Training (3 RIBO Credit Hours)

  • Understand the customers emotional state during their property losss
  • Difference between sympathy & empathy, when to apply it
  • Processing losses and how clients respond differntly to the same situation
  • Approach to manage customer expecations and anger
  • Establishing rapport in an authentic way
  • Working with customers to ensure smooth claims handling.

1PM - Lunch (no charge)

Stay as long as you like for networking, collaborations, games (the kind where you get prizes!) and head into your weekend with a handfull of swag!
