Beyond the Brush: Shocktober – Speed Painting Competition
To add even more excitement to our upcoming Shocktober event, we’re hosting a Speed Painting Competition! While the judges deliberate over some of the South West’s best paint jobs in the gaming hall, you’ll have the chance to put your own painting skills to the test.
We’ll be using the amazing "Ded Killy" miniature from Mezgike Minis. (https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-ded-killy-da-bush-runt-loyalty-reward-pre-supported-293238)
Even better, Mez has generously provided every Speed Paint participant with a discount voucher for his online store!
The winner will recieve a $30 Beyond Games and Hobby Voucher!
Competition Details:
Cost: $20
Time: You’ll have 90 minutes, starting 11am sharp.
What: All participants will receive the same miniature (assembled & primed black).
How: BYO paints or use our provided paint kits: Two Thin Coats, Pro Acryl, Speedpaint 2.0, and Citadel.
Requirements: BYO brush is required or pick ome up from the store on the day.
Judging: The three judges for Beyond the Brush will announce the winner with the rest of the categories at 2.30pm.
