Beyond The Asanas 6-Week Hatha Yoga Series starting May 8th - June 12th is your chance to dive deeper into your yoga practice! Join us at Wildfire Arts Center for this in-person event. Strengthen your body and develop self-observation. This program goes beyond just traditional yoga poses, focusing on targeted asanas to improve posture, build spinal strength, and cultivate a balanced practice. We'll explore joint mobility, strengthening postures, and deep stretches to create a foundation for a healthy and well-rounded yoga practice.
