Beyond Startup: Mission: AI Possible

OVERVIEW:

This workshop is for founders, small business owners, and professionals who feel stuck with messy tools, manual processes, or inconsistent follow-up. You’ll identify your biggest operational pain point, compare solutions based on impact and ease, and build a simple 30–60–90 day plan to implement one AI improvement. Leave with clear priorities, a realistic next step, and a plan you can start immediately.

YOUR FACILITATOR:

Crystal Hubbard is a Learning and Development leader with 25+ years of experience designing and facilitating leadership and talent programs for organizations recognized as Ohio’s Top Places to Work. She has served as a Chief Training Officer, instructional designer, and consultant, with expertise spanning curriculum design, HR strategy, and executive coaching. Crystal is also the Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer of Papertrail, an Agentic AI Automation platform for accounting firms, and brings a practical blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience to her work.

PARKING:

Please ensure you are parking in the designated Bounce Parking areas, reference the "Bounce member, tenant and visitor parking" areas listed below. Any parking outside of this area is not under the designation of Bounce and subject to private ticketing/fines. There is ADA accessible parking spots directly in front of the Bounce main entrance, labeled as "Bounce short-term visitor parking" on the supplied map.

WORKSHOPS REQUIRE ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND ARE FREE TO BOUNCE CLIENTS AND $5 FOR NON-CLIENTS

This event is open to all entrepreneurs looking to take their business beyond the startup phase. Bounce clients, including tenants, remote tenants and monthly Generator members, can attend for free, but are still required to register. All other entrepreneurs are asked to pay a $5 fee. Seating is limited. All participants are welcomed to enjoy free coworking at Bounce for the entire day.
