Beyond Startup: Hard Conversations That Move Your Business Forward

OVERVIEW:
Hard conversations are unavoidable as a business grows, but avoiding them often makes performance issues more costly. In this interactive workshop, founders and managers will learn how to prepare for difficult employee conversations, separate facts from assumptions, communicate expectations clearly, deliver candid feedback with less damage, navigate emotional reactions, and create accountability. Participants will leave with practical frameworks, real examples, and language they can use the very next day confidently.

YOUR FACILITATOR:

Julie Maurer is the founder and President of SilverLine Consulting and has more than 15 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition and organizational development. With her team, Julie provides straight-forward, efficient and measurable solutions, with a down to earth approach to start-ups and high growth companies.

PARKING:

WORKSHOPS REQUIRE ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND ARE FREE TO BOUNCE CLIENTS AND $5 FOR NON-CLIENTS

This event is open to all entrepreneurs looking to take their business beyond the startup phase. Bounce clients, including tenants, remote tenants and monthly Generator members, can attend for free, but are still required to register. All other entrepreneurs are asked to pay a $5 fee. Seating is limited. All participants are welcomed to enjoy free coworking at Bounce for the entire day.
