Beyond Startup: From Friction to Flow - Managing Workplace Conflict

OVERVIEW:

Learn how to navigate workplace conflicts with confidence. This interactive session will help you identify your natural conflict style, understand its strengths and limitations, and adapt when others approach disagreements differently. Gain tools to turn tense situations into productive conversations that strengthen relationships and move your startup forward.

YOUR FACILITATOR:

Dr. Tameka Taylor is President of Compass Consulting Services and a nationally recognized expert in leadership, communication, and conflict management. With over 20 years’ experience guiding leaders through high-stakes conversations, she helps teams navigate differences to achieve stronger collaboration and results. She has coached entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations nationwide to turn conflict into a catalyst for growth.

PARKING:

Please ensure you are parking in the designated Bounce Parking areas, reference the "Bounce member, tenant and visitor parking" areas listed below. Any parking outside of this area is not under the designation of Bounce and subject to private ticketing/fines. There is ADA accessible parking spots directly in front of the Bounce main entrance, labeled as "Bounce short-term visitor parking" on the supplied map.

WORKSHOPS REQUIRE ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND ARE FREE TO BOUNCE CLIENTS AND $5 FOR NON-CLIENTS

This event is open to all entrepreneurs looking to take their business beyond the startup phase. Bounce clients, including tenants, remote tenants and monthly Generator members, can attend for free, but are still required to register. All other entrepreneurs are asked to pay a $5 fee. Seating is limited. All participants are welcomed to enjoy free coworking at Bounce for the entire day.
